Annual maintenance includes Trust Protector services, annual reports, and trust deed amendments (acceptance is optional) to address emerging case law, legal precedents, statutes, and general legal threats.

Initial trust assets are limited to attachment rights pursuant to  Sovereign Wealth Trust deed. Upon request, Settlor may elect to have trust receive and administer assets of monetary value.

Where such assets are received by the trust, industry-standard trust administration fees will apply.
